Note: This is a hand-crafted piece of the most famous treasure find of all time. Mel Fisher successfully found and salvaged the Spanish galleon Atocha in 1985. The ship sank in a storm in 1622.  The Silver in this piece came from one of silver bars recovered in 1985 by Mel and his divers. The silver has not been refined but is in a very pure form.

History: Grooming tools were found on both the Nuestra Senora de Atocha (which sank in a hurricane off the coast of Key West, Florida July 6, 1622) and also the 1715 Fleet (Which sank off the east coast of Florida July 31, 1715).

The original grooming tool artifacts were hand-cast in 22k gold. At one end the tool depicts a rounded curve blade (toothpick) and the other end is thought to be an ear wax remover.

If this isn't a conversation piece, then what is?
