Grey silver baroque Pearl set with 14k yellow gold and all natural white round brilliant diamonds. All handmade 14k yellow gold puffer fish charm. Due to the unique shape of this particular pearl the eyes are set horizontally at different height for the diamonds and the pearl to be proportion while its being worn on chain.
