Historic Note: Cuzco was a city in the Peruvian Andes that was once the Capital of the Incan Empire. The Spanish Crown established a Mint in Cuzco and this was one of the designs for gold bars found on the Atocha.

The "Main Pile" of the Atocha was found in 1985.  Over 900 Silver Bars were recovered!  The Silver in this hand cast piece came from one of the bars recovered in 1985 by Mel Fisher and his divers.  This silver has not been refined and is in a pure form.
